Shipping
We offer complimentary DHL Express/Posten shipping on all orders over 3500 NOK. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
All orders are carefully dispatched from Norway. We currently ship to Scandinavia, Europe, and North America, ensuring your pieces arrive securely and in perfect condition.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Made to Order pieces: Made to Order items are produced after your order is placed and require 2–4 weeks of production before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Scandinavia: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
North America: 7–14 business days - Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy
You may return eligible items purchased from From Jones within 30 days of the delivery date by following the steps below:
Initiate Your Return
- Email us at info@fromjones.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) email within 2–5 business days.
- Returns should be sent to our return address provided via email. From Jones is based in Oslo, Norway.
Prepare Your Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Socks, underwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for a refund and will be sent back to you.
Return Instructions
- Our Customer Service team will include detailed return instructions in your RA email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please use a secure and trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be completed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Made to Order items may also be returned, provided they meet the same return conditions as ready-to-ship items.
