Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from From Jones within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

Initiate Your Return
Email us at info@fromjones.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) email within 1-2 business day(s).

Prepare Your Return
Once you have received your RA, ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for a refund and will be sent back to you.

Our Customer Service team will include detailed return instructions in your RA email. Please follow these instructions to complete your return.

Important Notes

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a secure and trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be completed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
