TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions ("General Terms") apply when you, as a consumer ("You" or "Customer"), place an order via www.fromjones.com ("Website"). The agreement is entered into between you and Noela AS, organization number 930 111 678 ("Company"). Detailed contact information can be found on the Website. The General Terms apply only to customers who are consumers.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, a guardian must approve the order.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to reject or modify your order if you have provided incorrect personal information or have a history of unpaid debts.

1.4 We reserve the right for any typographical errors, price adjustments, and incorrect stock status. If a price is incorrect, we will inform you and await your approval before proceeding with the order. All images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2. Orders and Purchase Agreement

2.1 A purchase agreement is entered into when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. We recommend that you save this for future reference.

2.2 You may cancel an order until it is confirmed. If cancellation occurs after confirmation, our return policy applies (see section 5).

3. Prices, Fees, and Payment

3.1 All prices on the Website are listed in NOK and include VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with applicable laws. Any shipping costs are added at checkout.

3.2 We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Vipps
  • Invoice and installment payments through our payment partner Nets

3.3 If you choose to pay by invoice, a credit check may be conducted. If the selected payment method does not work at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to offer an alternative payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway and delivered to Scandinavia, Europe, and North America.

4.2 Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Expected delivery times:

  • Norway: 2-5 business days
  • Scandinavia: 3-7 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • North America: 7-14 business days

4.3 If the delivery is delayed beyond 30 days without an agreement, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at info@fromjones.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

5.3 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Complaints and Warranty

6.1 If the product has a manufacturing defect or other faults, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.

6.2 Contact us at info@fromjones.com with a photo of the defect and a description of the issue. If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement product or issue a refund.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes between the Company and the Customer shall be resolved in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Dispute Act or, if necessary, brought before the Norwegian courts.
